Consulting Services Refund Policy

  1. Service Cancellations

    • You may cancel your consulting services agreement within 14 days of the initial payment or contract signing, whichever comes first, to be eligible for a full refund.
    • If services have commenced and any deliverables have been provided within this period, a prorated refund will be issued based on the work completed.
    • Cancellations after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund, as resources will have already been allocated to your project.
  2. Project Milestones

    • Our consulting services are often delivered in phases or milestones. Once a milestone has been completed and delivered to the client, it is considered non-refundable.
    • Payments made for upcoming milestones can be refunded if a cancellation request is received before the work on that specific milestone begins.
  3. Dissatisfaction with Services

    • If you are not satisfied with the consulting services provided, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.
    • We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, may offer a partial refund depending on the nature of the dissatisfaction and the services rendered.

Business Opportunities Refund Policy

  1. Business Opportunity Packages

    • Fees paid for business opportunity packages or introductions to potential partnerships and investments are non-refundable once the opportunity details have been delivered.
    • Should an opportunity not proceed due to factors outside your control, we may offer an alternative opportunity or a partial refund at our discretion.
  2. Performance Guarantees

    • While we aim to provide the highest quality consulting and business opportunity services, Promo ACP Inc. does not guarantee the performance or success of any specific business opportunity, partnership, or strategy. Refunds will not be provided based on outcomes.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at promoacpinc@gmail.com. Include the following information in your request:

  • Full name and contact details
  • Date of service engagement
  • Description of the services or opportunity
  • Reason for requesting the refund

Once your refund request is reviewed, we will notify you within 7 business days regarding the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Any payments made for consultations, meetings, or strategy sessions that have already been completed.
  • Subscription-based services (if applicable) are non-refundable after the service has commenced.
  • Payments for digital resources, reports, or intellectual property are non-refundable once delivered.
