In cases where a client is not completely happy with our services, a refund may be arranged and processed within 30 business days. The refunded amount will be returned either as account credits or a direct deposit to the client’s bank account.

Please note that all refunds will be issued to the original buyer and credited back to the same account used during the initial payment.

Fees associated with Domain Name Registrations, Transfers, or any other HOSTING-related services are non-refundable, as these are fulfilled by third-party providers.

All domain name purchases are considered final and non-refundable at the time of purchase. As the legal owner, you may transfer your domain as desired, but refunds are not available through our service or affiliated registrars.
